A CRB Check is now a legal requirement whether individuals work as a paid employee in a school, or whether they are a volunteer. There is also no distinction whether the employment is directly to the school or on a supply basis through an agency.
This will apply to all forms of schools, colleges and universities, state funded or independent, as well as other tutoring or training roles and positions.
